Our Story

Our journey began in 2007 when our family embarked on a new chapter in Edmonton, leaving behind the familiar comforts of our homeland in Vietnam. With hope in our hearts and dreams of a brighter future, we set out to build a new life in Canada.

In those early days, navigating a new language and culture was a challenge. But amidst the uncertainty, one thing remained clear – my passion for hospitality. From high school days filled with ambiguity to years of diverse job experiences, one truth emerged: my happiness lay in serving others.

In 2017, with unwavering support from my family, we seized the opportunity to breathe life into Saigon Taste. Together, we poured our hearts into creating a space where guests could not only savour authentic Vietnamese cuisine but also experience the warmth and richness of our culture.
